Dr. Leslie received his Doctorate in Education from the College of Education and Human Development at George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
Dr. Leslie has been a professor of human development, industrial relations, and personnel administration at George Washington University and at the Florida Institute of Technology (Patuxent River, MD campus), and at the University of Arkansas. His research interests are organizational learning, appreciative inquiry, communities of practice, social action systems, high-performance workplace, social learning theory, and collective memory.
